Today was the first time the link worked and it was a new link instead of the same one posted over and over which didn't work. This was the last 3 days wasted effort.
I have unzipped the file and copied it over to a folder called ivona in the M96. I cant put it in the \BOOX\IVONA folder as I don't have a pc. I have a mac as I have pointed out numerous times so the screenshot is irrelevant as you would know if you understood how the Mac architecture works. I have posted the files in what I think is the equivalent. It didn't work. I reset the ereader and it still doesn't work. I have tried with other software from google play and they work. I would prefer the IVONA as it's considered the best tts engine on android.
I know you think this is very simple but I have an IQ of 153, two degrees and many years of using a computer both mac and pc. If a posted link doesn't work and the same link is posted 3 days running as the solution then it doesn't matter how simple the solution is - it's just not going to work. It took me posting the previous post to get this response from you. I don't like doing this but it seems the only way. So ask yourself this - a customer has a problem with your device and 1 week later it hasn't been fixed and the only way to try and solve it is daily posts/emails.
I have subsequently looked at problem shooting posts from people who bought their devices in Germany and I see they get much better service or do you think I'm being unfair. I would be very interested in hearing what others in this community think about this.
