purchased used 505 and can't authorize
I purchased a used 505 and it keeps telling me the reader is authorized to someone else. How do I fix this problem? How do you de-authorize reader or the computer? Help says to de-authorize stuff but doesn't tell you how. Running xp-pro sp3. Thanks
