I chose the Booxter version over the Arts Tech for my M96 as support was reported to be top notch.
There appears to be a physical defect with mine, the digitiser, and when I reported it, Booxter has sent out a replacement part, which I will be replacing tonight.
As far as for firmware, I believe that Booxtor is quite keen on keeping his firmware updated, whereas it feels like the Arta Tech firmware is updated more slowly.
Finally, I had originally ordered an M96 from Arts Tech through Amazon, but it arrived without a pen, so I returned it, I wasn't going to pay £20-£30 for something that should have been in the box.
I then ordered from Booxtor, and although I had to wait for it to come back into stock, it did come with the new fat stylus.
