And be sure and check libraries that lend out eBooks here https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/EBook_Lending_Libraries There isn't one listed for the Pittsburgh area but some will allow out-of-towners to join. I borrow eBooks from the Fairfax Library for free and have them to read for 21 days.
