I haven't read the novella yet as it is only available at Amazon. It was at B&N, but doesn't appear to be so now. The author said it would be at Kobo and ARe, so I'm still waiting.

The first three books are still for sale from Ellora's Cave. So buying them now will depend upon how you feel about the lawsuit.

Exactly! I'm not sure if I want to buy from Ellora's Cave. And their books are often much more pricey.
