The DOCX-to-EPUB conversion puts each note on a different page, by design.

Is there any particular reason to want them all on one page? It's not like the book is any fatter because there are "more pages". Just saying, I have never found it to be a problem, but if you really don't like it for whatever reason then you can always edit the CSS if it is using page-break or Merge files if it is putting each on a different page.
