I am not familiar with the Overdrive app on the Fire or with Tuebl so I am I unable to help with this question. The Overdrive Link plugin is used to find e-books and audiobooks of interest at various lending library sites. It has nothing to do with the actual reading of e-books.

ETA: If this is a question about loading library books into calibre I will not provide any assistance with that.
