Somehow the TOC panel moved from the right edge of the document view panel to being stacked above the document view panel -- I do not what I did to cause that.

Tried double-click on the TOC title bar -- that allows me to drag it anywhere and park it anywhere in the document view window -- except near the document view title bar, then it jumps back to being stacked on top of the other panels.

Have tried soooo many times to drag the TOC panel to every possible spot on the document view title bar but as soon as let up on the control key it jumps to the stacked position.
