Maybe the remote could have a USB port.
I have a lot of stuff directly hooked to my Wi-Fi/ethernet including external drives that have USB ports on them for other external drives or flash drives and a printer. I would like to get to those storage places. I do concede there isn't a need to connect the Fire Stick to the priner(Printer) though. (Well, not yet, but I am thinking.)
