"title" is not a class, it is an attribute. In normal HTML it could, for instance, be displayed as a tooltip when you hover the mouse on the element. In ebook readers it will probably have no effect at all, but Sigil uses it to create the TOC (it cannot put an image in the TOC, but it will put whatever you write in the "title" attribute
