The Kobo Glo touch screen is sensitive throughout it's whole surface, and the cover (book style) does not make it any easier to hold without accidentally brushing the touch screen. (And I have carpal tunnel, which does not help....)

On the Glo, no matter which setting I choose, the whole screen remains active. Are there any e-readers that have the option of shrinking the touch screen area to a smaller surface? So I can hold the corners, or top, or bottom?
Huh? The screen is touch sensitive. But the Glo has a bezel that is about 1 cm on the sides and top and about 2cm at the bottom. The bezel isn't touch sensitive. There is plenty of space to put your fingers without touching the screen. Yes, I do occasionally accidentally touch the screen, but I can also hold it one handed and tap the screen near the bezel to turn the page.

The other Kobo devices are the same. The only one different is the Aura as it has a flush screen and the transition from screen to bezel isn't as obvious. And as far as I have seen, all the ereaders are like this.
