 I suspect you have a got a old version of the IOSRA plugin somewhere that Calibre is picking up. Exit Calibre. In Explorer, go to 
%APPDATA%\calibre\plugins and delete Marvin XD.* and iOS reader applications.* files, and the Marvin_XD_resources directory. Run Calibre and install the plugins again.
