I find I'm not needing to be fully under the duvet. I keep the temperature at 65F at night starting at 10pm. It's not too cold at night indoors. Besides, all I need is a thumb to change the page. A quick and easy swipe works very well. Also, I don't have to keep my hand at any one place because of a button in a fixed location.
