Apparently my son's Kindle Touch isn't supported either, which is fine since it is tied to my account. It would be nice for him to be able to access his books on his Kindle Fire, which is tied to my husband's account. (Not that he *can't*, but right now he is limited to what I have the time and inclination to download/upload for him.)

I can't remember what version the kids' Fires are, but I think they are the first HD ones and so can't support managing the Family Libraries -- so we would need *two* new supported devices to set it up.

I can see why *they* (Amazon) want to set it up that way, but it's inconvenient for me.
