I am starting with an epub and using Calibre to convert to mobi.
The pictures are jpg to being with.

Upon conversion, everything looks great except the picture are slightly smaller due to the margins displayed on the Kindle.

I would like to keep the pics the full size.

Things I have tried

1)in Page Setup of Mobi, I got rid of the margins...I tried both 0 and unchanged. Neither did the job for me.

2)I unchecked "remove fake margins" in structure detection in case that was the issue.

3)I checked the device for margin adjustment (as Nook has this feature), but I don't see that option.
The kindle is a 3rd generation with the full keyboard at the bottom if that matters.
