I don't like that chain. I find them to be dirty, dingy, poorly run and they don't take care of their stock. The few I've been in I've seen majorly damaged packaging and people being allowed to rip open boxes to look at goods.

Why do you need to open it if it was new & sealed? Why do you have to rip the packaging and why does the staff not stop it?

I won't shop there. And what good is a replacement or extended warranty if they're not made any more? Sony isn't going to repair it and store credit for a shoddy store that doesn't have anything I want in a condition I want is not appealing to me.
