I removed them from the folders, renamed them, and now they're working.
It'll be nice to be able to patch it some day. It seemed to me, from reading other recent threads, that the Start Menu program and the KOreader aren't exactly polished and ready for the H2O yet. It'll be fun to try the KOreader on the device.
