My replacement H20 from Kobo was just delivered by FedEx. Very pleased with Kobo right now.

I had the On/Off switch go bad Sunday, spoke with Kobo CS at 9:30 am Monday, had an RMA in my inbox 45 minutes later, and a new H20 Thursday evening.

Way to go, Kobo
