Well, if you are able to convert HTML files for your reader, the the Mobi2HTML (MobiHuff for file with Huff Compression) script is very handy, and easier to use then the DeDRM script.

the syntex is

mobi2html.exe InFilename.prc OutFoldername

or

MobiHuff.py InFilename.prc Outfilename.html
