There are 2 basic paths:

Path 1, the Library copies are unchanged, but the destination is made current: Send to (Device or Folder) or Save to disk <<< This is NOT the Library


Path 2, Refresh the Library contents (when the format supports):
Polish, Embed Metadata, Conversion (only the target format) Modify EPUB PI
