The right to be forgotten is a very dangerous thing if not correctly implemented.
It may affect the "collective memories" of people relying only on internet for their information.
The danger is that whole blocks of information is deleted and therefore lost. Then some malevolent people may "create" a new history in place of the "deleted" one, something like in 1984 of Orwell. Delete -

1984.
I hate to go into conspiracy theories, but if one adds the "cloud" things and several other ideas, one cannot resist such temptation ...
