Heads up: I recently had $4 in no rush shipping credits go missing, or else they never posted to my account, even though I got the emails. I didn't discover this until I bought a kindle book and no credit was applied. I spent two days chatting with Amazon Customer Service, all they wanted to do was transfer me to someone else. (They are seriously trigger happy on the transfer. I wonder if they are paid by the person, or they have a metric of how little time they are supposed to spend with each customer.) Finally I said "DO NOT TRANSFER ME" and the CSR just gave me $4 in credits. They never did figure out why the credits had gone missing, and I'm still disturbed by it.
