Possible bug report - adding books

Reproducible on Calibre 2.10 on Linux and Windows, with "Quick preferences" plugin *and* without the plugin.

When you change the book import settings, such as "read metadata from book", or change filename template, the next (just one) imported book is still processed with the old setting.

How to reproduce:
Create a pdf file with title: XXX and authors: YYY in the metadata and name it ZZZ - TTT.pdf
Drag and drop the book into Calibre. Depending on setting in preferences, it will be imported as title XXX by YYY or title TTT by ZZZ (depending on setting of filename import template). Now go to preferences, or use the "quick preferences plugin" and change setting for importing title from metadata or filename (the situation is the same with activating or deactivating the setting to read title and authors from filename). Drag and drop the same pdf again. Calibre will tell you it found a duplicate. Now, without changing anything drag and drop the file for the third time. This time it will be imported with a changed "read metadata" setting.

I think this was introduced in 2.10 with the fantastic improvement of the speed of adding large numbers of books to a big library.
