Help; I Need to Open My Aura HD Because....

Like the title says I need to open my HD; the reason being that I have had problems recently getting it to make a connection to charge or sideload books (it was never the cable, I have no problem with the same cords with my regular Aura) and tonight the little metal bit on the reader that I plug into came loose and fell back into the bod of the reader. I know I've seen instructions on how to open the HD and I think I've seen someone else with this problem but I cannot seem to find any of it. I did find a YouTube video showing how to open the case with a little plastic tool but that's as far as it went; I would need to get a similar tool somewhere but I have no idea if this is something I can fix or not, if it involves soldering anything I'm out of luck there.

Can anyone help me or should I ask Santa to bring me an Aura H20?

Fortunately I have my plain Aura to use in the meantime.
