I'll second the recommendation for it as an enjoyable urban (of the old-school non-paranormal type) fantasy (I can't speak as to how romance-y it was, as that's generally not something I pay attention to unless it starts to interfere with the story). It's set in the 80s and involves some computer tech and it's a bit dated, but I really liked it when I bought it from Fictionwise a couple of years back.
If I already hadn't it (in Spanish and English ), I would purchase it. It has a feel of cozy too.
