What JSWolf is referring to is a report that Kobo is shrinking its e-ink lineup to three readers: The Aura H2O, the Aura (6") and the Touch.

It's not really a big deal. From anecdotal evidence Kobo still supports (to a certain extent) its Wi-Fi model that was discontinued ages ago. The HD, which was only introduced a year ago, will be supported for ages.

I love, love, love my HD. However, were I to have to replace it (ie, due to physical damage not covered by warranty) I would definitely pay $10 extra for the H2O.
