If you use it for recipes, the waterproof option can be a nice feature for feeling safe taking it in the kitchen. I don't own one, but I have cookbooks and soap recipes on my Kindle--and I dare NOT take it in the kitchen when cooking. So the H2O has enticed me with it's more protective features.

I cannot help you choose. I want them all...
