My previous Naturals (I got two, one for work and one for private use) were missing some letters, indeed. Not that I'd notice and my husband can't use my keyboard anyway, as he can't work on a natural :P I even completely wore down that small thingie on the j and f (which was the main reason I bought a new one, placing my fingers became annoying!)
I like the form of the new ones, they're less bulky and yet have exactly the same form...
