I seriously doubt anyone intends to do forensic analysis of your Kindle.
And, I am pretty sure the WiFi password is in the hidden system partition, which would require jailbreaking and probably imaging the system drive, so you can do something like this:

That's right -- in the natural use of a filesystem, the block location of deleted files gets recycled, because otherwise there'd be little point of deleting them.
Restoring deleted files is potluck, there are companies making a living off forensic data recovery.
