And if Richard III had fought his last battle either on ground that wasn't marshy or if he hadn't gone charging in like monarchs before him had done in medieval battles maybe he'd have won the battle and Henry Tudor wouldn't have ascended the throne which means maybe Henry VIII wouldn't have decided to take over the control of the English Church and disband the Monastic lands held by the church in England. Which might have meant that there wouldn't have been all the conflict between Catholic and Protestants down the centuries. It's fun to postulate what might have happened differently if x hadn't happened the way it did.
