Good news: I was able to use some of the Comeback codes on the first page for a second time, they must have been reset recently.
Bad news: most of the big publishers that accepted promo codes in New Zealand have just in the last few days increased their NZ prices by 10-25%, perhaps an over-reaction to the NZ/US exchange rate falling by 5% in the last few months.
