I think the problem may be not in getting it delivered in the first place since lots of Amazon stuff comes from a warehouse in the UK, Germany or Hong Kong, but rather in the infrastructure for returning goods.
And it won't be the same price since on physical goods (and from January 2015 music, software and e-book downloads too) the VAT charged is that of the buyer's location.
So if someone in Denmark sees a paper book on Amazon.co.uk it is shown with UK VAT (0%) when it goes into their basket with a Danish address the checkout price includes VAT at 25%.
