Tried book cover size both ways and the button is still non-responsive.
Just got off the phone with Kobo and they will send a replacement H20. There was no lengthy troubleshooting regimen, so this must be a known issue. Told the Rep I'd done a Factory reset 3 times and she immediately said it needed replacing.
