In addition, we'd get threads (admittedly probably only a small amount) from people who hit ctrl+h by mistake...
(I get calls about twice a week from people who manage somehow to hit ctrl+alt+arrow by mistake and end up with a flipped screen; I'm not optimistic about ctrl+h in Calibre)
