@pghaworth: Stay away from the Sans override, and test stuff thoroughly before rebooting. Ideally, a USBNet shell opens helps in case things go awry, but then again, only if you're quick and know what to do (although some of that is spelled out in the Fonts Hack first post). If you happen to have a Touch, doing your initial testing there would also be a good safety net (since those are nearly indestructible, and if something works there, it will most likely work on the PW/PW2).

@GoSharks: The hang on framework restart is... weird. For the record, at which point of the progress bar was it hanging? (And which hacks had you already reinstalled at that point?)
