Thank you to everyone in this thread.
I was able to install the Sony eBook Library software on my Vista Home Premium 64 bit AND I was able to authorize with Adobe Digital Editions.
I now have a library book borrowed on my 505!
The installation of the Sony library was pretty easy and straightforward, it was the regedit part that got me all confused, but defaulthtm set me straight.
