It may appear darker in some cases, but most of all it appears.. sharper. Duh, I know, but for me, in my reading experience, it makes a huge difference. I wear glasses to read and they make me see everything so much sharper (the new ones I had made this summer really changed my reading and working life) so I indeed do see the sharpness difference for instance between the H2O and the KV when I am wearing them, and I see the sharpness or lack of it on some fonts that I have sideloaded. I don't want them bolder, I want them sharper. Bolder used to work for me with my old glasses but not with the new ones. I want sharp. But I understand it's probably only me and not relevant for others.
