Davidfor - I'll certainly try the "Silently Ignore Failed Conversions". I'd rather one or two titles be completely ignored than a whole batch.
The strange thing is that I have received this error message, then the next attempt will succeed, despite the same titles being included. I've also found that sometimes I can individually transfer a book to my reader that failed when I attempted to send multiple titles. It would seem if the epub is broken that it would not work no matter what is attempted, but that is not the case.
At any rate, the ignore failed conversions option may take care of the problem.
