My WiFi had a 2GB card from the factory and I replaced it with a 4GB card (SanDisk class 4) which seems to be working happily enough. I'd suggest digging through some of the old threads here for information on why some Class 10 cards are slower than a Class 4 card. You can also check the XDA developers forum for more information (start at SD Strange-results - or - How I learned to love CM7 on SD.
