I don't know if they were supposed to be the same but they were exactly the same. Which in my opinion defeated the purpose of separating them, if they were going to show the same content. Now with the newest update, the content which were on the device only shows in the device view, and those that are in the cloud are only showing in the cloud view. And if you will look at the very bottom of the page in the collection, it will tell you how many of the other content is in the the cloud, or on the device, depending on the view you happen to be in. Unfortunately it doesn't let you select that to go to that view, but for me just having the information is good enough for me, at least for now.
