Sideloaded books are syncronized "over the cloud"?

Hello everybody, I'm interested in buy a kobo h20, I'll use it with books bought from Kobo and also with book bought from other sources (mainly Amazon), and I'll load the book acquired from different sources into H20 using Calibre; my question is, these book "sideloaded" using Calibre are syncronized "over the cloud" in the kobo cloud so they can be read from android or windows euipment, using the kobo apps?
Thanks in advance for your help
