As for the screen, mine are like Stingo's--"fluorescent" is a good adjective for my Voyage screen, and I really don't like that look. I turn the light down until I can't see that glow, and it's acceptable, but the background of the Voyage is somewhat gray at lower light levels. The H20, I can have brighter before it starts looking lit, if that makes sense, which I really, really like, and I like the creamy background color, it's really gentle on the eyes, the most "comfortable" ereader I've owned--no eyestrain at all after hours of reading consecutively on the H20.
I have noticed the H20's IR is slightly less responsive than the Voyage, the more I've used them both, but not enough to be bothersome.

I somehow missed your post before I posted, darn. I could have written your post word for word. My experience is exactly the same as yours all around. I feel the same regarding the fonts too. So much nicer on the H20. I can get them nice and dark on the H20. Due to the limited kindle fonts, and because you can't change the weight, they looked much worse on the voyage to me. Too light and spindly. And there's nothing you can do about it, which I had to accept before, but happy I no longer have to with the H20.
I too find the background of the voyage at low light levels too gray and muddy looking, it gave me a headache. The H20 is by far the best reader I have used all around. I'm just so happy with it.
