There is a little progress bar that pops up when you accept to add books after the duplicates warning shows up. If you look closely (before it disappears, it is pretty fast) it says libprs500 in the windowbar.

And it is now gone (
this, I guess), since I just tried re-adding a book and that window doesn't pop up anymore -- the main Adding Books progressbar now snags that message.
