FYI when I tried to order a Kobo with the $40 code my credit card kept getting denied. Called the CC company and they said they'd approved it twice and Kobo had reversed the charges. She gave me a number to call Kobo and the agent said it had been happening to a lot of people, and I had to use "Google". I told her Google is a search engine, so that won't help. Finally in frustration I asked to speak to someone who understands the Internet and actually knew what Google was. While she was off asking I finally figured out she wanted me to use CHROME. Anyway...that worked. So if you have issues with another browser, try Chrome.
