All of those links seem to result in the same archive (ignoring that some are archive-inside-archive).

What is it for?

And -
Since QT is dual licensed - under which license are these built?
If built under the commercial license, do you have permission to distribute?

And -
We normally don't accept closed source programs at this site.
Note: If not under the QT commercial license then it is under the Open Source license(s);
So where are the sources?
And for those under gplv-2 and gplv-3 : Where is the build system / scripts used for the build?

Note -
A large number of the supporting binaries (libraries and such) are GPL materials;
So where are the sources?
