Oh, I'm most definitely grateful for the interest, but I guess I should mention that basically just gave up on the idea of doing up that particular text. I
am working on a nice anthology of Thoreau's writings at the moment, but not the one with all the notes -- there were just "Too many notes!" (to borrow a phrase from Amadeus)
and it just seemed very impractical to do it up as an ebook. Maybe some day, if/when popups become more standard, but not right now. :/
