Not right now, but later there will always be help needed testing things out. Once somebody creates a thing that developers understand / can use.

Then that has to be turned into something the more common Kindle user can work with.

This is actually the hard part of dealing with devices and their users.
Only people with limited experience are the ones who can spot the things that need to be changed.

I have worked for companies where I did the above often - -
Took the 'new' program down to, say, customer service and announce "Who wants to play dumb today?"

No insult intended, and none taken (I usually had more volunteers than I could use) -
I would bring up the 'new' program on their terminal, then sit back, watch and take notes.

After all, it wasn't me that would be saddled with using it every day.
