What can I do?

I can't open it because I can't turn it off.

Suggestions?
Have you tried holding the light switch down while you do the pinhole reset? It's the hardware factory reset procedure but using the pinhole reset instead of the power button.

So press and hold the light button, trigger the pinhole reset, wait until the LED starts flashing rapidly and release the light button. Hopefully, after the factory reset, you should be back in business.

Good luck!
