Working for **any** government institution is usually a good source of obsolete equipment (just look on your desk).
I am not sure what you mean by "the manual jailbreak" -
if you mean some software thingy - then you should have it already on the Kubrick LiveCD (ah, f4 to escape from wizard to command line - I think).
