I turned off

Play Games
Play Books
Play Movies & TV
Play Newstand
Play Music

I didn't turn off the Play Services and Play Store

Rebooted and then it started draining again. So I turned everything back on and updated. When I first uninstalled the updates and then reinstalled them it seemed to fix the problem. Will see what happens.
